Product Information

Use the MicroCare Aqueous Stencil Cleaner on circuit board assembly lines to clean stencils, frames, boards, and other stencil-printing equipment. It quickly removes lead-free and no-clean solder pastes, and also cleans uncured epoxies and ink.
This pump-spray cleaner loosens paste from the smallest apertures, and minimizes the risk of damage to stencils from scrubbing with weaker cleaners.

Aqueous Stencil Cleaner is ideal for room temperature cleaning; no heat is needed. It has a slow drying rate to extend cleaning time. Unlike other water-based products it is nonfoaming and can be used with excellent results in ultrasonic bath cleaning systems.

Safe on all metals, plastics and elastomers.

It is noncorrosive and nonflammable. Also suitable as a general purpose cleaner on stencil printing machinery and fixtures, misprint PCBs, workbenches and tools. It dries residue-free and cleans CRTs, keyboards and other related stencil printer assembly and test equipment.
