The MicroCare Syringe, .035 O.D. Tip (MCC-SR35) is a stainless steel syringe tip that fits the Trigger Grip™ dispenser. With a 0.035″ outer diameter, it blasts a jet of solvent under tight-fitting component.
Eliminate the toxic fumes, evaporation loss, accidental bench-top spills, and re-use of contaminated solvent that result from the “dip and brush” method of PCB cleaning. With Micro Care®, small amounts of high purity solvents are dispensed under low pressure by squeezing the trigger of a lightweight applicator. Its natural bristle brush gently scrubs components while fresh, uncontaminated solvent is simultaneously applied, quickly rinsing flux residue away and keeping solvent consumption at a minimum. The heat-resistant hose from the patented “trigger grip” twist-locks into the nozzle of any can of Micro Care® defluxer or cleaning solvent. An optional bench mounting kit permits easy access to the system without causing clutter on the workbench. A wide selection of replaceable brush tips and syringe needles are available upon request.
